Position: Customer Services Agent (CSA)

Number of Posts:  Available

Description: CSA will have to -

• CSA will be responsible for doing all the possible duties of a International Call Center Agent including making voice calls, Telesales, Outbound and Inbound Customer Calling.

Job Nature:  Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• HSC or Better
• A-Level/O-Level may have preference.
• English Speaking Fluency is a MUST.
• Has to have Computer Training

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements:

CSA will have to -

• be flexible about working Night Shift.

Other Benefits

All the CSA will receive In-House meals, Snacks and Medical Support. Pick Up/Drop Off or TA will be provided.

Job Location: Dhaka
